Hawthorne House

Using AutoCad, we had to renovate this floor plan from start to finish.  The phases were the demolition plan, the construction plan, elevations, details, and the final plan set.

This is the floor plan of the existing conditions of the house created with AutoCad.

Demolition Plan

The demolition plan shows what walls and appliances were taken out to update the house.  Created with AutoCad.

Construction Plan

The next phase was construction, which shows everything updated after the demolition, and includes appliances and furniture.  Created with AutoCad.

Elevations

After the construction plan, the next phase was a kitchen elevation.  This shows the kitchen details like counter and cabinet styles backsplashes , hardware, windows, and some lighting.  We also needed to use the correct line-weights.  Created with AutoCad.

Details

The final phase of the Hawthorne house was to create cabinet details.  This shows the inner hardware of the cabinets and walls, and shows detailed dimensions and materials.  Created with AutoCad.
